By downloading, installing, or using the Vovoco application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Registration Methods

• Email and password
• Google Account
• Apple Account

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false information during registration
• Use another person's account without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share offensive, obscene, or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Company's Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, design, and content) belong to Vovoco.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service (captured images, translations, learning data). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process this content solely for providing the Service.

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 Subscription Plans

• Monthly subscription (vovoco_premium_monthly)
• Yearly subscription (vovoco_premium_yearly)

6.2 Payment

• Payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region

6.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your device's app store settings

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Contact the respective app store for refund requests.

7. Service Modifications and Termination

7.1 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

7.2 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered

8. Disclaimers

8.2 Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for content created by users
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting notice in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Providing at least 7 days notice (30 days for changes affecting user rights)

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Korea.
